Smoothies are a great breakfast option because they can be prepared beforehand, making morning’s a little less hectic. I like to drink mine while reviewing my daily to-do list, then getting a start on the day.
This recipe in particular is a combination of ingredients I always have at home, so when I initially made it, I was simply making use of what we had and was surprised to discover how good it tasted.
