Please note that orders may take 2 - 4 working days to arrive. While we strive to dispatch orders within 1 working day, please understand that during busy periods, there may be slight delays. Rest assured, we'll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. If you're interested in placing an order for delivery to Europe or internationally, please send us an email at shop@marieenro.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our shop. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your item, we offer a 14-day returns policy.

Each piece in The Collection is beautifully imperfect and truly unique, which means some items may feature slight chips or weathered textures. However, if you have any concerns about your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us at shop@marieenro.com. 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Package the item securely to ensure safe transit.
3. Please note that the cost of return delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Retain proof of delivery for your records.
5. Once we receive the item in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund.

Please remember that returns cannot be placed for damages caused by poor use.
