A Monday Morning Prayer for Strength and Clarity

Dear Father,

We thank you for a blessed weekend, for the opportunity to slow down and for time spent with family.

As we enter this new working week, we pray for strength and guidance in all that we do. When our thoughts turn to darkness, to untruth, and to fear, we pray that You will remind us of the truth of Your Word — Your plans for us are for welfare and not for evil, to give us a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord, we pray that You will fill our minds with beautiful thoughts, lovely thoughts and most importantly Godly thoughts. Father, we pray that You will align our minds and goals with Your Will so that Your purpose will be fulfilled in our lives.
